Service

Technical direction & crew

This is what makes us different: we don't drop off equipment and leave. Sound engineers, lighting operators and video technicians work as one crew — we prepare everything in advance, test before the guests arrive, and stay at the desk all night calling music, light and effects on cue, ready to solve anything unexpected. You enjoy the event; the crew handles the rest, coordinated by one point of contact, always.

How we work on this

What we take care of

We handle the full technical path for this area: design, rigging, rehearsals and live direction, with our own specialists on site.

  1. Step 01

Understanding the brief and site visit

We listen to what you need and check the space, the power and the access.

  2. Step 02

Design and coordination across the disciplines

Sound, light, video and stage designed as one system, not as separate suppliers.

  3. Step 03

Planning, transport, build, cabling and testing

Transport, build and a full test before the guests arrive.

  4. Step 04

    Live operation, strike and contingency

One point of contact at the desk all night, with backup ready for anything.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

How many of your team work on an event?

It depends on the build. A smaller event needs a sound engineer and a lighting technician; conferences and larger productions grow to include a lighting designer, a video technician and a stage manager. We set the number at design stage and it's written into the quote — always coordinated by one point of contact.

Do you do a site visit before the event?

For more involved events, yes. The visit lets us check the space, the electrical supply and the access, so we arrive with the configuration already settled and the build time under control.

Do you coordinate with other technical suppliers?

Where it's useful we integrate our show position with other technical crews on site, so sound, light and video stay coherent under one coordination.

Does your crew speak English?

Yes. Briefings, the run sheet and the cues are handled in English, and we're used to working alongside international planners, photographers, celebrants and bands. For destination weddings we normally agree the full timeline in writing beforehand, so nothing depends on being understood in the moment.
