A small-to-medium room, one or two speakers, slides to show: what matters here is that every word is clean and everything is ready before the first guest walks in. We build early and check the microphones with the people who'll use them.

Yes. Depending on the event we provide projector and screen, an LED wall, or a full audio-video desk. We connect the speakers' slides and manage the handovers between sessions with a dedicated technician.
Of course. We project the logo in gobo onto the truss and can show it on an LED wall or screen. The uplighting is set to your brand colours for a coherent look.
It depends on the number of panellists and whether there are questions from the floor. Typically three or four radio mics cover a panel with a Q&A; for larger conferences we add lines and an engineer to manage them.
Yes, for the more involved events. The visit lets us check the space, the power and the access, so we arrive with the configuration settled and the build time under control.
Yes. Our crew works in English, and we're used to conferences with delegates and speakers travelling in. We agree the running order and the cue list in writing beforehand, and the desk follows it in English on the day.
